WEATHERPROOF DESIGN

We know a thing or two about Canadian winters! That’s why all of our units are built for use in any weather condition, with water resistant casing suitable for use between -20°C to 45°C. To ensure full power in extreme conditions (below -5°C), we recommend adding on our Cold Weather Package. The Cold Weather Package also allows for charging below -5°C from the grid.

It is important to note that orders with more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the particular item.

Returns

We don't control the inventory in our factory and warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any moment. Be aware that your order may be unable to fill after you place the order.

Our policy lasts thirty days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue either a return or exchange.

For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
